Our art is made up of the current “we”.
There,
To feel aversion to easy consumption.
To feel the daily life happy.
To feel jealous of someone who is doing well.
To feel impatience to my clumsiness.
To feel convinced when it was possible to make a work peacefully.
What makes it over a long time has meaning.
The work sewn is ourselves.
Emotion at that time, feelings at that time.
At that time we have dialogue with cloth.
It does not come out except what is in us.
When you confronting our work,
Every emotion is fine.
We hope they feel something.
私たちのアートは
現在の”私たち”から出来ています。
そこには、
簡単な消費に対する嫌悪だったり、
日々の暮らしに感じる幸福だったり、
うまくいっている誰かへの嫉妬だったり、
不器用かもしれない自分への焦燥だったり、
平穏に作品を作ることができた納得だったり。
長い時間をかけて作るものには意味があります。
縫われた作品は、私たち自身です。
その時の感情、その時の想い。
その時に私たちは布と対話する。
作品は、私たちの中にあるものしか出てきません。
私たちの作品と対峙する時、
どんな感情でもいい。
何かを感じて欲しいと願うのです。
